As our Global Head of Payments Relationship Management, you will be responsible for shaping our global payment strategy, managing financial transactions, and enhancing the player experience. About You

We are seeking an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing teams in the payments industry. Your expertise should include in-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, financial regulations, AML guidelines, and data security standards.

  1. Negotiate terms, fees, and agreements to optimise the player experience and drive cost efficiency.
  2. Evaluate new payment method offerings based on market need, competitor offerings, costs, and customer value.
  3. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own all payment service providers from deal inception to contract management, relationship management, financial performance, and governance.
  • Ensure payment processing is conducted in compliance with financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, data security standards, and best practice.
  • Utilise data analysis to monitor performance of providers, payment trends, transaction patterns, and player behaviours.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
