As Payment Operations Leader, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for managing end-to-end payment processes, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and risk, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of payment operations professionals to manage end-to-end payment processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in payment operations, with a strong background in leadership and management.

  • A deep understanding of payment processing systems and technologies, including FX and liquidity management.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements, contributory pension scheme, enhanced parental leave, and access to ongoing learning and development opportunities.
