Swim Instructor Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for customers of all ages and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships to our facilities
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
