We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
- Provide excellent customer service and promote our facilities to members
- Stay up-to-date with Swim England qualifications and best practices
