Nuffield Health is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at one of our 111 fitness and wellbeing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve lesson performance
- Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities
Requirements:
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Good people skills and a love for swimming
- Ability to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate up to £18 depending on experience
