We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons that cater to individual needs and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all swimmers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
- Stay up-to-date with Swim England framework and best practices in swimming instruction
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £18, depending on experience
