We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities, and to contribute to the success of our swimming program. As a Swimming Coach, you will be expected to:

  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging swimming lessons that cater to the needs of our customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of our swimming program and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer progress and lesson plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
