We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health.
About the Role:
As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging swimming lessons that meet the needs of our customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of swimming lessons
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Contribute to the development of swimming programs and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
