We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages and abilities to achieve their swimming goals
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, promoting a fun and supportive learning environment
- Be a positive role model, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assess and meet the needs of individual swimmers, adapting your teaching approach accordingly
- Promote memberships and explain the benefits of our facilities to customers
- Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- A competitive hourly rate, up to £18 per hour, depending on experience
