Job Title:HR/Employee Relations Specialist
Description:We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our HR and Employee Relations functions, with a focus on empowering and advising line managers. The successful candidate will provide guidance across various HR initiatives, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization. They will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance to line managers, and developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

As an HR/Employee Relations Specialist, you will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and reduce conflict. You will also be responsible for providing support and guidance to line managers on employee-related issues, such as performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.

Key responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to line managers on employee-related issues
  2. Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  3. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  4. Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
