Job Title: Head of Human Resources

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join their team as a Head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, managing projects, and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

\

About the Role:

  • \
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business objectives\
  • Manage projects, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management\
  • Direct and motivate the project team to achieve desired outcomes\
  • Work closely with suppliers and book relevant technical resources to deliver project tasks\
  • Produce and share weekly/bi-weekly/monthly project highlight reports\
  • Highlight HR project risks, evaluate, communicate to key people and manage those risks\
  • Manage expectations for the delivery of the project and escalate issues on deadlines, risks, and issues as early as possible\
  • Undertake project closure as appropriate\
  • Ensure project management methodology is always followed during HR change lifecycle\
