Human Resources Specialist Lead

Job Overview:
Our company is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an ER Advisor. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR and Employee Relations functions, with a focus on empowering and advising line managers. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing ER strategies that promote a culture of respect and inclusivity
- Providing expert advice to line managers on employee relations matters
- Collaborating with HR teams to design and deliver training programs
Salary and Benefits:
A salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and growth, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
