We are seeking a Systems Integration Expert to join our team at Omega Resource Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering concepting, research, and development activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for human factors to work on high-tech projects with diverse military personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying Human Factors Integration and Engineering principles in complex systems development
  • Conducting Human Centered Design processes and analysis throughout the development lifecycle
  • Evaluating the role of humans in complex systems, physical ergonomics, and integration into workspaces
  • Developing UI/UX prototypes and designs (advantageous)

A successful candidate will have:

  • A proven understanding and experience of Human Factors Integration & Engineering
  • An Engineering or Science-based degree
  • A good understanding of Systems Engineering and interacting disciplines (Supportability, Training, Safety, Equipment)
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (desired)

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a range of projects, including core initiatives and research packages. This variety will enable you to develop both breadth and depth in your HF skillset.

You will also have opportunities to work internationally as HF develops across the company and on bilateral and multinational projects.
