We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our dynamic team within the UK Support Function (UKSF), supporting the HR team in Stevenage.

About the Role:

  • Provide proactive, accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Management team, Employee Relations team and Remuneration & benefits team within the HR function.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents accurately.
  • Participate in HR process improvement activities.
  • Assist new starters within the HR team.
  • Support shared email HR generic inboxes.
  • Provide core support to numerous managers, including complex diary management, travel arrangements and expenses, and organising events and workshops.
  • Understand and utilise MBDA tools and systems, including SAP, EPROC, SELF IT, PLANON, ONEHR and other specialist tools and databases.
  • Assist the HR population to optimise efficiency throughout the business.
  • Develop to become the knowledge point of contact within the HR function.

  • Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
