About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our Human Resources team as an HR Business Development Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to add value to our HR services and support two key contracts within the Thames Water network.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, professional HR support in the delivery of the people strategy and people plan.
  • Support contract teams in talent management, workforce and succession planning, performance planning, and organisational change.
  • Project manage tracking, measuring, and communicating through project timelines.
  • Develop solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of HR support to the business.
  • Take ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes and initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar Business Partnering or HR Generalist position.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of TUPE, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and flexible.
  • IT literate, with strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • CIPD qualified or have relevant HR experience in a similar role.
