Human Resources Business Partner 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About The Role
M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a HR Business Partner to support the delivery of the people strategy and people plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our Human Resources team, covering maternity leave, and reporting to our Lead HR Business Partner.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, professional HR Business Partner support in the delivery of the people strategy and people plan.
- Support contract teams in talent management, workforce and succession planning, performance planning and organisational change maintaining appropriate data within the associated process.
- Provide project management support to tracking, measuring and communicating through the project timeline.
- Seek, identify and develop solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of HR support to the business.
- Takes ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes and initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Experience working in a similar Business Partnering or HR Generalist position.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of TUPE, both incoming and outgoing would be advantageous.
- Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resilient, adaptable and flexible.
- IT literate, strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge.
- You must be CIPD qualified or have relevant HR experience in a similar role.
- Ideally located in the Thames Water geographical footprint.
