Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Airbus Defence & Space. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a full range of HR services within the framework of our HR strategy.

About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with the business to proactively address HR needs, providing managers with advice and guidance on HR policies and best practices, driving key HR initiatives, and contributing to the company workplace culture through the promotion of our values.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR projects, such as performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Support the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor absence rates and provide support to employees to increase attendance and productivity.
  • Recruitment interviews and Graduate and Apprentice Assessment events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Highly developed computer literacy skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
