Job Description

Hr Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (Nrs) is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Training Manager to cover the southern region, including Hertfordshire, Stevenage, and St Albans for their corporate health and social care business.

About the Role

This home-based position offers an exciting opportunity to work in leadership development, covering Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of trainers across multiple sites, regionally, or nationally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate learning and growth programmes within a large and complex organisational setting.
  • Apply all aspects of the training cycle and work consultatively with internal and external customers and providers.
  • Design and facilitate high-quality learning resources, using appropriate technology to present a blended approach that delivers quality and value for money.
  • Lead and manage individuals and teams, coach, and develop existing leaders while working in partnership with other areas and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Training/Teaching qualification, and ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating learning and growth programmes within a large and complex organisational setting.
  • Experience in applying all aspects of the training cycle and working consultatively with internal and external customers and providers.
  • Ability to design and facilitate high-quality learning resources, using appropriate technology to present a blended approach that delivers quality and value for money.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £43,000, rising to £5,000 at the end of the year, as well as a £4,000 car allowance. You will also enjoy excellent benefits, including pension, healthcare options, and the possibility for career opportunities.
