Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Education. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students and educators in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role:
This role will involve working with students of varying ages and abilities, providing support with learning and development, and assisting teachers with classroom activities. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A strong understanding of child development and learning principles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to manage a busy classroom environment

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation, based on experience. Depending on the location, salaries can range between $75,000 - $100,000
