Assessor and Trainer in Residential Care

The Ideal Candidate: To be successful in this role, you must hold either a recognized Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA) and a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET). Ideally, you should have experience delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare at Level 4 or Level 5. You must also hold strong competency at Deputy Manager level or above within a Residential Childcare setting and a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum. A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
