Student Development Specialist

This Student Development Specialist role is designed to support the academic and personal growth of students in a school setting.
- The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and activities that cater to the needs of students.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing individual support to students as needed.
- Maintaining a calm and organized learning environment.
- Communicating effectively with teachers, parents/carers, and other members of the school community.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent training and development opportunities, a supportive and friendly working environment, and a pension scheme.
Please note that applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
