About the Opportunity

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tissue Viability Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in wound care and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

This role requires a registered nurse with experience in leg ulcer management or tissue viability, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with complex wounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing care plans for patients with tissue viability needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to prevent and treat pressure ulcers and leg ulcers
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to service development projects
