Paediatric Tissue Viability Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Dermatology Care Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert care and guidance to young patients dealing with skin conditions and birthmarks.
The successful candidate will work 22 hours per week, enjoying a supportive environment, opportunities for career growth, and a flexible range of perks to suit your needs. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance and support to nursing teams caring for children with skin conditions and tissue viability needs.
- Leading and coordinating patient care, ensuring the best interests of the child and family.
- Advocating for children and young people undergoing dermatology treatments.
- Collaborating with dermatology consultants to set care standards for patients.
- Training and developing the nursing team in dermatology and tissue viability care.
- Maintaining hospital policies for dermatology and tissue viability services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Children's Nursing Qualification – RN Child or RSCN with valid NMC registration.
- Substantial post-registration experience in children's nursing.
- Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support certification.
- Level 3 Safeguarding qualification.
The annual salary for this position is £58,000 - £65,000, based on a 20-hour working week.
