The Portland Hospital for Women & Children is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tissue Viability CNS Leader to join our team. As a key member of our paediatric team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to infants, children, and young people.

About the Job

The successful candidate will provide specialist advice, guidance, and ongoing support to nursing teams involved in the care of patients with skin conditions and birthmarks. You will also lead and participate in coordinating all aspects of patient care, maintaining the best interest of the child and family at all times.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, offering a competitive salary range of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, pension, health cover, and flexible benefits.

Job Duties
  • Lead and participate in coordinating patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways for patients with skin conditions
  • Ensure hospital policies are up to date and reviewed regularly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Children's Nursing Qualification (RN Child or RSCN) with valid NMC registration
  • Relevant qualification and substantial experience in Tissue Viability
  • Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support
