Child Health Manager Position

We are looking for a Child Health Manager to lead our pediatric care services at Leaders in Care. This role will be based in the North East London / Essex area and involves managing a caseload of children and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for each child
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure optimal care outcomes
  • Coordinate medication administration and other nursing interventions
  • Foster strong relationships with clients' families and community teams
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months UK experience and an active NMC PIN
  • Proven leadership and management skills with a supportive approach
  • Recent experience of tracheostomy care and ventilator management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Benefits Package:
  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • Flexible working arrangements with 2 days home-working and 3 days community-based work
