We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tissue Viability Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and develop your skills and expertise in wound care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing advanced nursing assessments and developing care plans for patients with tissue viability needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to manage and treat pressure ulcers and leg ulcers using evidence-based practices
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to service development projects
