Adult Nursing Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Senior Registered Nurse to join our Camden Integrated Community Healthcare (CICH) workforce in full-time capacity. As a senior nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a community setting, working closely with the Band 7 Team Leader to review and manage a designated caseload of patients.
You will be responsible for undertaking holistic assessments for complex patients, reviewing patient nursing care needs, and supporting junior members of staff to undertake their role. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a skill-mixed, seven-day-a-week nursing team, where you will collaborate with Complex Care Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, pharmacy technicians, students, and a dedicated mentor.
Our team works closely with other healthcare professionals, including Social Care, Mental Health, voluntary Sector, and General Practice teams, to deliver integrated care. You will have access to specialist teams, including Evening and Overnight Nursing, Early Supported Discharge, Rapid Response, Palliative Care, Tissue Viability, Bladder & Bowel, Community Stroke and Neurology, Respiratory, Heart Failure, and Diabetes teams.
