Job Title: Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

RBH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit performance across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
  • Collaborate with revenue managers, general managers, and hotel teams to surpass revenue targets.
  • Act as the revenue and commercial specialist in owner review meetings.
  • Set sales and pricing strategies based on robust commercial judgment.
  • Conduct daily demand reviews and manage overbooking strategies to maximize RevPar and profit.
  • Analyze local and international market trends to tailor strategic and tactical activities.
  • Manage the production of monthly and annual reports, providing critical assessment and insightful commentary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working within a dynamic commercial environment with responsibility for multiple revenue streams.
  • Highly organized and analytically skilled.
  • Ability to make difficult decisions in a pragmatic and timely manner.
