Job Title: Senior Cluster Revenue Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at RBH. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit performance across our cluster of hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability
- Collaborate with revenue managers, general managers, and hotel teams to achieve revenue targets
- Represent the revenue and commercial specialist in owner review meetings
- Analyse market trends and develop sales and pricing strategies to maximise revenue
- Conduct daily demand reviews and manage overbooking strategies to maximise RevPar and profit
- Develop and integrate cutting-edge systems and processes to ensure RBH remains a technological leader in the industry
Requirements:
- Experience in working within a dynamic commercial environment with responsibility for multiple revenue streams
- Highly organised and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- Decisive and able to make difficult decisions in a timely manner
- Resilient and driven to achieve challenging targets
- Commercially savvy with a keen eye for detail
- Strong negotiator and influencer with excellent presentation skills
- Leader and motivator with a proven background in proactively identifying business opportunities
