Senior Cluster Revenue Manager

RBH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit performance across our cluster of hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of revenue managers to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
- Collaborate with revenue managers, general managers, and hotel teams to surpass revenue targets.
- Represent the revenue and commercial specialist in owner review meetings.
- Analyze market trends and develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct daily demand reviews and manage overbooking strategies to maximize RevPar and profit.
- Develop and integrate cutting-edge systems and processes to ensure RBH remains a technological leader in the industry.
- Experience in working within a dynamic commercial environment with responsibility for multiple revenue streams.
- Highly organized and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Decisive and able to make difficult decisions in a timely manner.
- Resilient and driven to achieve challenging targets.
- Commercially savvy with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong negotiator and influencer with excellent presentation skills.
- Leader and motivator with a proven background in identifying business opportunities.
- Technically proficient with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office products.
