Job Overview

At Custom Sign Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents, maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, and meetings, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
