Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Medi-Weightloss Clinic. As a Medical Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and supporting our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient registration, scheduling, and data entry
  • Perform insurance verification and preauthorization
  • Assist with provider schedule management and patient flow
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Manage Internet Lead System and patient scheduling
  • Present company services and promote value plans to patients
  • Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss progress and address missed appointments
Requirements
  • Experience working in a medical office or similar setting
  • Medical Assistant or Nutrition Counselor experience preferred
  • Ability to work on Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
