Patient Coordinator with Sales Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Patient Coordinator with Medical Sales or Nutrition Experience to join our team at MediWeightloss Clinic of Stamford & Wilton, CT.
Job Summary:The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call and text tracking, and patient scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office and possess strong sales and communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the Internet Lead System, including inbound and outbound support, call and text tracking, and patient scheduling.
- Answer inbound calls from potential patients inquiring about the program and/or requesting to schedule an initial consultation.
- Conduct follow-up calls to patients to discuss their progress and address any missed appointments.
- Consult with patients through individual consultations, present the company services, and promote the value plans.
- Perform insurance verification and pre-authorization.
- Assist with front desk duties.
- Experience working in a medical office.
- Sales experience.
- Ability to work on Saturdays from 7am to 1pm.
- Ability to multitask, apply critical thinking skills, and provide high-level customer service.
- Interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and face-to-face.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Can-do attitude.
