Patient Services Coordinator

About the Role
Lakeside Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments as needed.
- Process patient registration, including collecting and verifying patient information, and updating patient records.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the practice team as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the practice team in maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and maintaining equipment.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
