About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to lead our global accounts team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and managing a team of account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global accounts team to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client engagement and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Manage and develop a team of account managers to achieve their full potential
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a business director or senior account director role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans
  • Experience in the B2B and private medical insurance industries, with a strong understanding of the market and trends
