About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team at N2O. As a trusted advisor to our clients in the beverage sector, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that support the delivery of client campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to ensure their success.
- Fostering strong relationships with internal departments to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering business growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and control expenditure.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
