About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Belfast. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities and challenging behavioural needs.
Responsibilities of this role include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting educational activities, and accompanying young people on outings and leisure activities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reviews and staff meetings.
">Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess a minimum of 4 GCSEs A-C (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent, as well as relevant experience working with young people with learning disabilities and challenging behavioural needs. A valid Access NI check and up-to-date immunisation records are also essential.
