At Polyphony Arts Ltd, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Executive Coach and classical music manager in their daily operations. As an assistant, you will play a vital role in managing arts projects, attending meetings, and providing administrative support across our two businesses.

Job Overview

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team member who values diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from underrepresented communities, including D/deaf or disabled individuals, LGBTQI+ individuals, and those from the Global Majority.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in the arts, particularly classical music and/or opera, and a strong understanding of supporting individuals with autism and ADHD. They should also be proficient in social media and digital marketing, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to learn and implement new systems and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support with arts administration tasks, including budget management, report writing, fundraising, and pitch writing
  • Diary management
  • Note taking and record keeping

  • Website updating support
  • Copywriting
  • Systems and operations support
Requirements

We are looking for a proactive individual who is comfortable advocating for others and has a capacity to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and have a flexible approach to working hours, with up to 8 hours per week required.

The role may also involve occasional ad-hoc tasks aligned with the position.
