Community Care Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated Community Care Advocate to join our team at Homestay Care Limited. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who require care and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting health promotion, encouraging self-care and rehabilitation, and recording relevant activities in care plans. They will also assist in the development of care philosophy, goals, and objectives, and ensure service user rights are protected.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship Standard or equivalent qualification is also essential.
