About This Job

In this role as a Clinical Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our Residents. You will work closely with multi-professional teams to achieve this goal. Your estimated annual salary will be around £40,000 - £55,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguarding: You will be able to recognize the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
  • Person-Centred Approach: You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families.
  • Effective Communication: You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviors.
