We are recruiting for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Newcastle Hospice. Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £46,148-£52,809 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave allowance, continued access to the NHS Pension Scheme, and Marie Curie Group Personal Pension Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner, utilizing advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise in relation to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of a range of physical health and palliative conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold an appropriate Master's level award with appropriate modules in Advanced Health Assessment and in Non-Medical Prescribing.
