Job Description

We are seeking a kind and caring individual to support our 23-year-old son in various activities, including walking, dancing to music, and riding escalators. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating new experiences and ensuring the client's safety at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to the client's unique needs. Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and learning disabilities (LDs) is desirable but not essential. A car would be beneficial for accessing quiet locations.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £13.60 per hour, commensurate with the national living wage. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Estimated Salary Per Week

Based on 10 hours of work per week, the estimated salary would be £135.6 per week.
