About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team in Canterbury. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Youth Hostel and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the hostel's staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Ensure the hostel meets high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar hospitality or accommodation role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of £26,500 - £31,000 per annum, based on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
