Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Quality and Service: Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
  • Operations Efficiency: Oversee in-unit catering operations, manage inventories, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to optimize efficiency.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Concept Development: Identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales and growth.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure exceptional service and exceed expectations.
  • Team Support: Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: Minimum of two years of catering experience.
  • Certifications: Hold an NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen.
