Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running the kitchen efficiently, ensuring smooth operations across all sections.
  • Regularly check sections to maintain high standards of preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Place orders for ingredients and supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
  • Opportunity to provide input into menu development and the creation of new dishes, contributing to the culinary vision of the restaurant.
  • Oversee cost management and stock control, ensuring the kitchen operates within budget while minimizing waste.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, offering guidance and training to enhance their skills and confidence.
