Business Growth Strategist

Calibre Global Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expansion in a well-established company with a strong reputation.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our branch. You will work closely with councils and stakeholders to develop and submit bids and tenders for local council contracts.
In partnership with our senior management team, you will strive to maximize our service delivery, exceed targets and expectations, and ensure that we uphold the highest standards of quality and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our branch
- Collaborate with councils and stakeholders to develop and submit bids and tenders
- Work closely with the senior management team to drive service delivery and exceed targets
- Ensure that we uphold the highest standards of quality and care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
- IT literacy and ability to work with digital tools
- Ability to work as part of a team and motivate others to meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize and develop additional opportunities
- Ability to cope under pressure and maintain a positive attitude to change
- Work practice that promotes equality and diversity
- Experience in a health and social care setting
- Experience of working in/managing a domiciliary service
- Experience of business development in a care setting
- A knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service
- Experience with CQC
