Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales in the Midlands and North West regions by developing new prospects and expanding existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide support and development for office-based sales functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience and success in Sales development and client relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
