About the Role
The Business Development Manager's primary objective is to increase sales revenue in their designated region by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of Trescal's services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the Midlands and North West regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Trescal's customer base
- Provide sales support and guidance to the office-based sales functions, including the CSR teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales development and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a good working knowledge of CRM systems
