Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Improvement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care homes in the absence of Home Managers, documenting processes, and contributing to the enhancement of electronic platforms such as eMAR.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage care homes in the absence of Home Managers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve care standards.
  • Participate in projects aimed at increasing occupancy and reducing vacancies/agency use.

Requirements:

We require an individual with a strong background in care management, preferably with a NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent). Experience of working in a similar role, ideally with a CQC-inspected care home, is also essential.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of up to £55,000 + 15% quarterly bonus (OTE £80,000) and a range of benefits including a generous holiday entitlement (25 days plus bank holidays), opportunities for professional development, and a supportive environment with a focus on employee well-being.
