About the Role:

We're seeking determined, resilient individuals to join our team as a Residential Support Worker at Compass Children's Homes. As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in providing care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create positive relationships with the children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for the children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure the children's needs are met.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans for the children and young people.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and enriching environment for the children and young people.
